WHAT IS ASTRAL BODY?

EACH SEASON

At the beginning of each astrological season (the 21st of each month) a new lesson will be available for you, hosted through Patreon, to navigate in your own timing during the month. In fact, when you subscribe, you will unlock all of the previous astrological seasons, as well! Every lesson contains a video demonstration of the corresponding somatic practices, a brief downloadable audio file for guided meditation, along with a written summary. Students will have access to an exclusive Astral Body discussion forum where you may pose questions, share insights, and connect with fellow inner-space explorers.
